About

Hi, I’m Rebecca — homeschool mom of three (8, 6 and 3), wife of a youth pastor, and a recovering perfectionist who has finally accepted that a beautiful printable doesn’t need to cost twenty dollars.

Why PsalmKids exists

Years ago I was making everything from scratch — verse cards on cardstock with a Sharpie, memory-pages laminated at the church office. Then I discovered the world of digital printables, and along with it, the overwhelm. Hundreds of bundles. Five-star reviews everywhere. Half of them looking the same on the preview thumbnail. Some printing beautifully on cardstock and some looking muddy on my HP DeskJet.

PsalmKids is where I share what we actually use in our homeschool. The verse art on our walls. The memory cards on the fridge. The worksheets that bring quiet to a Tuesday morning. The Sunday school sheets that kept a four-year-old engaged. If a set didn’t work for us, we say so.

How we review

  • Every printable bundle is bought (not gifted by the vendor).
  • We print at least one design on standard 24lb office paper and on 110lb cream cardstock. We tell you which looked better.
  • For verse art, we frame at least one piece and live with it on our wall for a week.
  • For coloring pages and worksheets, our kids do the work — we ranked sets according to whether they reached for them on their own.
  • Scripture translations (ESV, NIV, KJV, etc.) are noted in every review.

Our gentle posture

PsalmKids is non-denominational. We don’t take sides in doctrinal disputes between denominations, we don’t lean toward prosperity-gospel content, and we don’t bring politics to the table. Our reviews aim to serve any Christian family — Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, Reformed, non-denominational, or somewhere in between. If we find a bundle that’s too denomination-specific to recommend broadly, we’ll flag it so families can decide for themselves.

Who this site is for

Homeschool moms. Sunday school teachers. Christian crafters. Grandmothers preparing scripture cards for grandkids. Anyone who wants their family’s faith life to be physical, visible, and at the kitchen table.

A word on monetization

The product links you’ll see are affiliate links — when you buy a bundle through one, PsalmKids earns a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t influence our verdicts. If a printable disappoints us, we’ll say so plainly. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the full list of programs we participate in.
